Overnight Oats with Almond and Raspberry Recipe

Ingredients:
- Jumbo rolled oats (75g)
- 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein (50g)
- Cinnamon (1 tablespoon)
- Almond Milk (160ml)
- Raspberries (2 handfuls)
- A squeeze of honey
- Dark Chocolate (2 squares)
- Chia seeds (1 tablespoons)
- Greek Yogurt (1 tablespoon)

Put the oats, whey protein and cinnamon in a sealable container (or mason jar for a more visual appeal)

Throw in the raspberries and stir. For more flavour, add an extra bit of protein. Get creative and add in dark chocolate and chia. Pop the mixture in your fridge overnight.

On waking, squeeze a little honey over the top, then heat your bowl in the microwave for two minutes, or if you are rushing out the door, put all into the blender, with almond milk and you’re good to go.
