The Banner Duathlon will take place at Shannon, Co Clare on Sunday march 16th 2014. This event offers both sprint and standard distance races.
- Sprint distance: 5km Run > 24km Cycle > 2.5km Run
- Standard distance: 10km Run > 42km Cyle > 5km Run
- Entry fee: Sprint €20, Standard €30
