Irish Sarcoidosis Support Network’s Annual General Meeting to take place in Tullamore

November 12, 2012 by newsdesk

Irish Sarcoidosis Support Network’s Annual General Meeting will take place Thursday 15th November 2012 at 7.30pm – 10.00pm at the Tullamore Court Hotel, Tullamore, Co Offaly.

It is with great pleasure we invite people from all over Ireland to ISARC’s AGM.

This year we are very honoured to welcome Professor Marjolein Drent, Pulmonologist, based at the Maastricht University in the Netherlands.  Professor Drent is a world renowned leader in research work, defining the psychology of managing and living with Sarcoidosis.

She will be giving a talk that evening on her work.

This will be a great opportunity for everyone all over Ireland to come and review current developments and to discuss how the fight against Sarcoidosis has progressed.  As usual there will be plenty time for all to ask questions.

Professor Drent will be presented with an award for her contribution to Sarcoidosis at the meeting.

Professor Seamus Donnelly, St. Vincent’s University Hospital and ISARC’s Official Medical Advisor will also be in attendance.

Light refreshments will be served on the night and we look forward to seeing supporters from all counties who have an interest in Sarcoidosis – all are welcome on the 15th November at the Tullamore Court Hotel, Tullamore, Co Offaly.
