On 15th September, the eve of National Fitness Day, 1escape gym in Dublin will be attempting to break a Guinness World Record for the largest exercise ball class in the world. Successfully achieving this record means that Dublin will secure its place in the official Guinness book of world records.
Ciara Lefroy, Sales and Marketing Director said “We anticipate a huge amount of interest in this community event, which is in aid of MS Ireland. It will provide a unique opportunity for the community to come together for a 30 min exercise class in the historic Smithfield Market. We need 400 participants in order to break the world record so every registration counts”
