Myosteopathy.ie is thrilled to announce a brand new educational opportunity for women of all ages and life stages, starting this September 25th. The innovative course, led by Dublin based osteopath Yael Margalit, aims to empower women by providing a comprehensive understanding of their pelvic anatomy and menstrual cycle physiology.
In a world where quality information about women’s health is lacking, this course aims to bridge the knowledge gap and foster empowerment through education. The course is structured in two tiers to ensure an accessible and engaging learning experience for all participants.
Tier 1: Online Modules for In-depth Understanding
The online modules, starting on Monday evenings from September 25th for four weeks, are designed to delve into the intricate details of healthy pelvic anatomy and menstrual cycle physiology. From exploring the anatomy of the clitoris & pelvic floor to unravelling the science behind period cramps & cycle phases, participants will gain insights into their bodies that may have been previously bewildering. These modules offer a clear and comprehensive view of women’s reproductive health, ensuring participants are well-informed and confident in their understanding.
Tier 2: In-Person Day of Learning for Practical Application
Building upon the knowledge gained from the online modules, the second tier involves an immersive in-person day of learning. Held at The Fumbally Stables in Dublin, participants will explore dysfunctions and dysregulations related to the material covered in the online modules. The day will feature up-to-date scientific insights into conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS, providing participants with a deeper understanding of their bodies and potential health concerns.
Meet the Educator: Yael Margalit
Leading the course is Yael Margalit, a Dublin based osteopath with a background in Biomedical Science and a passion for educating people about their bodies. She understands the challenges of comprehending complex scientific concepts and has crafted a teaching approach that is both accessible and enjoyable. Yael’s commitment to evidence-based research ensures that participants receive accurate and reliable information as well as practical advice.
Unveiling a New Path to Empowerment
Many women have echoed the sentiment of feeling uninformed about their own bodies, despite the sex education they received in their formative years. Yael recognises the need for accessible and reliable education in women’s health sciences. This course is a pioneering step toward empowering women through knowledge, enabling them to make informed decisions about their bodies and health.
