énergie Group (“energie”), the leading fitness and wellness group, today announces the appointment of Jim Duire as Regional Managing Director for Ireland with immediate effect. Jim will lead the rebranding and integration of the recently acquired Jackie Skelly fitness clubs in Ireland.
Jim Durie, Chief Executive of énergieScotland, will be responsible for the overall successful transformation and commercial management of the nine acquired Jackie Skelly fitness clubs.

Jim has worked in the Leisure, Health and Fitness Industry, internationally for 35 years. A post-graduate of Kingston University Business School, London he is experienced in the formation, communication and implementation of business strategy in the leisure industry.
Jim became attracted to the energie brand in 2005, becoming a franchisee in 2006 and an investor in the Master Franchise for Scotland in 2007.
