A Deloitte report about gym memberships revealed that 500,000 people in the country are members of 710 health and fitness clubs. Meanwhile, 12% of Irish adults have spent money on online gambling, placing bets and spending at online casinos. There has to be some overlap then.

These two hobbies may seem completely different, but doing fitness training or playing a sport can help you become a great casino player. Many of the skills needed to stick to fitness can be used to become a more skilled gambler.
Sometimes You Need to Take Rest Days
Those who do fitness training every week know how important it is to take rest days. Taking rest days can help muscles repair themselves and they need to do this to grow. It can also help you to keep having fun with your fitness training and not get bored of things or upset that you aren’t making progress.
Taking a rest can also be a good thing with casino games, to stop you from becoming upset at how you’ve been playing. Learning games such as poker and blackjack can take time and other players may have been playing for years.
