County Louth fitness guru Laura Armada-Buch, who owns Labfitness in Drogheda, is launching a brand new range of gym gear this week called “Fit is an Attitude”.
The Spanish born entrepreneur, who lives in Termonfeckin, has combined her fitness expertise with fashion and teamed up with Spanish designer Alba Abreu to ensure women can finally look good in gym-wear.
Laura Armada Buch’s new brightly-coloured clothing range ‘Fit is an Attitude’ has already garnered advance sales from instructors worldwide – ahead of the official launch on Friday, 21st August. The event will be hosted by TV3’s Deric Hartigan, who is well known for participating in Triathlons all over the country.
The ultimate-funky exercise gear flattens and flatters both in and out of the gym, a huge confidence booster for any gym-goer who doesn’t want to show off their underwear through see-through lycra.
Laura turned her hand to design after years of listening to clients complaining about uncomfortable, see-through, saggy leggings during exercise classes. Now women can finally look good while exercising with her range of colourful leggings: “Fit is an Attitude” which, she hopes, will also make clients less conscious when using a gym.
According to Laura: “Fit is an Attitude is filling a niche. We’re providing premium quality leggings which are comfortable, non-see through and breathable. They also stay up as you squat, which is a huge bonus. “As well as looking great, they make you look good as they flatten the tummy and skim the love-handle areas.
“Gone are the days where women want to wear plain black to the gym, bright colours and patterns are all in. After all, who doesn’t want to look good while breaking a sweat?”
Design, manufacturing, labels and packaging take place in Europe to guarantee the highest level of quality.
Laura has combined the fashion and fitness with Spain and Ireland to ensure the best of both worlds in cosmopolitan clothing.
With over two decades of fitness expertise under her belt, Laura strives to be the first with new exercise regimes in the country and was instrumental in bringing Anti Gravity Yoga and Kick Start Fat Loss programmes to Ireland, at her Labfitness gym in Drogheda, Co. Louth
Fit is an Attitude will be officially launched at Labfitness (Mell, Drogheda) on Friday, August 21 from 7-10pm. If you would like to attend the launch, email fitisanattitude@gmail.com
