Operation Reformation is back for its third year running with some new additions to this hugely popular fitness programme which combines Pilates classes, cardio, nutritional advice and mindfulness sessions – keeping both mind and body healthy as we begin 2016.
Why should I sign up?
Reform Pilates continues to encourage their clients to love the body you live in. They also know that we often neglect our bodies (physically and mentally) as a result of the multiple demands of everyday life.
Reform Pilates believes in keeping it simple and whilst a weekly Pilates classes has huge benefits, their experts believe that for the lifestyles most of us lead you need more. The programme will show you how daily exercise (strength + cardiovascular training), clean food (nothing fancy or complicated) and a mindful approach can change your life. It’s not rocket science nor does it have to be time consuming – Operation Reformation will show you how.
What’s the end goal? The end goal of Operation Reformation has always been the completion of the Mini Marathon in June. The bigger goal is to show you the benefits of loving (looking after) the body you live in.
