Alan Dolan’s first UK Breathing Space Retreat : 6th-10th May, 2016.
The venue is a beautiful private retreat in Somerset ’42 Acres’, a farmhouse built in the 1800’s, surrounded by 700 acres of ancient forest.
It will be a powerful and intensive five days in which to relax, regenerate and refill; to liberate and clear physical, emotional and energetic systems, and enter into fully embodied consciousness under the guidance of Alan Dolan.
During the course of the retreat each guest will receive an individual afternoon breath session with Alan, also every day there are two group Breath sessions, one in the morning and one towards the end of the day.
The five day experience offers a detox for every level of your being. Discover Conscious Breathing at an intensive, cathartic and life-changing retreat, where removing yourself from the demands of everyday life multiplies the results of breathwork exponentially.
