This Duathlon incorporates a run, a cycle and a short run, idela for newcomers and beginners to challenge themselves
This is a Duathlon based in the Ballyhoura mountain’s which starts from the mountain bike center. There is an entry fee of €20.00 for all competitors,you must have a Mountain bike to participate if you do not have one you can hire on from Trail riders for a special race day price. The event starts with a 4km run then a 6km cycle and finishes with a 2km cycle. This event is all off road and trail shoes are recommended for the trail sections. The event will be chip timed.
