A new state of the art holistic wellness centre, Dāha Wellness, has opened in Sutton Cross, North County Dublin. The purpose-built 300 sq. metre wellness haven brings an extensive range of holistic services designed to nurture both body and mind, with a focus on the 5 pillars of wellness – Sleep, Nutrition, Movement, Purpose and Community. Dāha provides visitors with a huge range of holistic pathways to wellness through Treatments, Classes, Consultations, Events, Products, and Nourishment.
The new facility features six spacious treatment rooms, a consultation room, a multipurpose room for classes and workshops, and a social area where visitors can relax and connect. The Dāha philosophy is to bring together the best of new and old wisdom around wellness, with cutting edge technology like Dermlux LED, Ōura ring and Vibroacoustic therapy married with Reiki, reflexology, massage, craniosacral therapy and acupuncture.
Dāha Wellness has also partnered with brands that reflect its focus on sustainability and nature. It has partnered with SEABODY for its premium Facial, Elevate, Scalp Release, and Body Wrap treatments. For the Dāha facial, therapists will be using Skin Formulas products, which work well with the tri-wave LED therapy from Dermalux. All products will also be available for purchase, allowing guests to extend their wellness journey at home.
On the nutrition front, Dāha has partnered with the new Irish supplement company Sisterly. Its Elevator product has been specially formulated for women. It also resells the US pro- and pre-biotics from BB company–Provitalize and Previtalize.
For movement, classes in Pilates, Barre, Tai Chi, and Yoga, Dāha is partnered with Flowstate for its Maser-inspired yoga mats. The classes are on offer most days and are hosted in its new studio. Dāha consultations range from diagnostics around Sleep health, Gut Health and Physical health, encompassing personal data around sleep quality, gut microbiome status and your VO2 max and body composition.
Reflecting the need for companionship and community these days, the centre also has a lovely calming space to hang out before or after a class or treatment. Called “Ubuntu” after an African term meaning humanity to others, the space will also be used for book club meetings and talks.
“We are so excited to launch Dāha Wellness, which we believe is a one-of-a-kind centre in Ireland,” said Aisling Hassell, CEO at Dāha Wellness. “The concept has been several years in the making, but is built on the desire to make it easier for busy people to manage their wellbeing. With our range of treatments, classes, consultations and events, the community will have one place to go to where they will receive personalised and professional support for their unique wellness journey.”
