Cilla Byrne from Labfitness in Drogheda is one of the first AntiGravity Yoga instructors in the world to train in New York as an AntiGravity Kids Certified Instructor. She will teach moves that have child friendly names like ; monkey, snapping turtle, mermaid, dinosaur, wind chimes, squirrel, school of fish and many more which, keep children’s imagination alive while exercising their bodies. Teaching children how to move freely in all directions of open space fine-tunes their agility and sensory perception giving them the AntiGravity advantage for any sport or art-form they choose.
“Children from the Wendy Hilliard Foundation in New York happily volunteered to be the first test pilots for this amazing technique. The delight, wonder, giggles and joy that emerged from their kinetic victories filled my soul with happiness,” said Christopher Harrison. “Knowing that this program will spread the same thing to kids all around the world humbled us all and bonded us together with a genuine purpose and excitement to serve.”
Christopher Harrison continued: “The children are our future. They deserve to have every opportunity to engage their creativity while connecting their body, mind, and spirit.”

What is the AntiGravity Hammock?
The AntiGravity Hammock is a structural fabric that is connected to the ceiling by two overhead points. It acts like a swing or soft trapeze. The AntiGravity Hammock is utilised to change one’s dynamic relationship to the ground, allowing the participant to better understand their body and its relationship to physics.
