Pilates Centre Dublin has opened the doors to its new Clontarf location offering Pilates classes in a beautiful, calm and relaxing studio. “This is a place where people come to enjoy working out in an uncrowded, stress-free environment.” says Anna Wilson, owner of Pilates Centre in Dublin. “My goal is that when they leave, they can’t wait to come back. Those new to Pilates will appreciate the intimate environment the studio offers, and Pilates veterans will appreciate the new state-of-the-art equipment that is second to none in Ireland.”
Pilates Centre in Clontarf has devised the ultimate core challenge workout on the exclusive Allegro 2 Reformers called Reformer Body Blitz. This energetic class, rooted in the Pilates technique, gives the whole body a workout. It will sculpt your muscles, challenge your coordination and improve the power in your sports performance. The Jumpboard (similar in motion to a trampoline only you’ll be lying down to push off) is added to the Reformer machine to allow the imitation of walking, running and jumping for a cardio workout that is low impact on joints.
These Allegro 2 Reformer machines are imported from the U.S. and Pilates Centre is the only studio in Ireland to offer classes on them. They’re brand new on the market and offer many extra features compared to the older models.
