Linda Condron and Sean McNamee, owners of Boss Hot Yoga Studios are delighted to bring the evolutionary new Yoga system, Fierce Grace to Ireland. Developed by Michele Pernetta, one of the UK’s leading yoga teachers, Fierce Grace Yoga is a unique evolution of hot power yoga that is suitable for everyone and offers practitioners the chance to achieve the ultimate blend of strength and flexibility for both body and mind.
The five class system is designed to be accessible and effective for everyone, from first timers, the injured and yoga gurus, each class has a different emphasis or focus delivering a powerful punch for those wanting health and fitness as well as a system for self-improvement, the Five Classes – Deep Core, Classic, Fierce Grace, Fierce* (aka The Beast) and The Fix – are currently only available in Ireland at Boss Hot Yoga Studios in Dublin and Kildare.
Owner and studio teacher Linda Condron says; “My love of hot yoga has been restored, thanks to Fierce Grace. The choice of yin and yang classes, upper body strengthening, core work, and injury posture modifications that I did not find in Bikram practise, enables me to get much more from my yoga work out. Even though I had a steady Bikram practise for 13 years, I now see many changes for the better both physically and mentally after just 6 months of Fierce Grace.”
The sessions are conducted in rooms that are heated to approximately 100°Fahrenheit / 35° Celsius which are a little cooler than Bikram studios and classes offer a range of times from 50 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes where classes aim to work every square inch of the body, from toes to brain, and develop breath awareness, focus and meditation. A major difference between Bikram and Fierce Grace is that even if you are injured, postures can be modified to accommodate specific injuries.
Boss Hot Yoga Studios are located in Dublin City and Maynooth and are open 7 days a week, offering morning, afternoon and evening classes. For more information on class times and locations see http://bosshotyoga.ie.
